ok.. so from several months i have been facing this issue , troubleshooter couldn't help either. Whenever i open the camera it always says that we can not find your camera..and it further says that either the system is not installed properly or the device is not updated . I tried several things but still it does not works. One day it did work out of nowhere , but yeah only for one minute and than again it stopped working. I have no clue what is the problem. Please help me out with this issue.

    An independent advisor named Anwille asked me whether my camera is built in or attached. Yes, my camera is built-in.

    I even searched the camera in the device manager under system devices , but still could not find it. I am really disappointed by the fact that my camera is not working for the past five to six months.

    Is your camera built-in or attached? You can try to find your camera through device manager > cameras or system devices.

    This is what I have been seeing from several months. I have no clue why is this happening. The trouble shooter asked me to update the camera from device manager , but I can not find the camera's option on the device manager. So what do I do know?

    On the device manager their is no availabilty of camera therefore i can not look for the camera driver.

    I even restarted from settings but still it says the same.

    Good Day MansiJha1,

    My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

    I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Camera

    -Look for Camera driver that was installed

    -Right click and Update

    -Look for "Browse my computer for driver

    -Let me pick drivers available drivers

    -Choose an old driver and use it.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Settings

    -Click on Apps then Apps and Features

    -Look for Camera in the list of the apps and click it.

    -Click Advance Option

    -Scroll down and hit Reset.

    Go to this link to enable the app access to the camera.

    Restart your pc and check if the camera works.
