Windows autocomplete shortcuts

Is there a way to use shortcuts (customize them) for windows autocomplete. 

The shortcut could be Ctrl + 1 (1 or 2 or 3) to select one of the suggested words.

The arrow key works but is in conflict with TypingAid.

    Currently, it is not possible to create a custom shortcut to select one of the AutoComplete options in Windows 10, there is not even a registry hack to enable that

    The best option is to suggest this on the Feedback Hub (Windows Key + F) and there, the developers will see that, if enough people look for that functionality, then they may implement the ability to assign a keyboard shortcut . . .
