Is there any particular reason why you need to check a registry key instead of just querying for the installed product directly?
The 32-bit ODBC drivers is contained under HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI. If Access driver is installed it'll show up here. But note that this is a 32-bit key so you'll have to adjust your code to read it if you're using a x64 bit app as otherwise it'll read the HKLM\Software\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI which is the x64 drivers. Access won't appear under there.

Actually I have a requirement that while installing my application, I need to check whether Access Database Engine is installed or not, if Access Database Engine is already installed, my installer should skip to install Access Database Engine, otherwise my installer must install Access Database Engine before installing my application.

For installers you should be looking at installed components, not registry keys. This is how MSI is designed to work. You can set up dependencies such that if the component is already installed it is skipped otherwise it is installed. This is already built into MSI. Of course how you configure that is up to the installer tool you're using.

Basically I'm not using MSI installer. I'm using Innosetup. In Innosetup, I can check whether Access Database Engine is installed or not through Registry key. Could you please help on the Registry Keys which tells whether Access Database Engine is installed or not?

I gave you the registry keys in my first answer. Again, there are 2 depending upon whether you need x86, x64 or both.

Yes I agree for registry keys in your first answer. But there is many sub directories are present as below. Please refer attached image.
Please help me which one to consider to pre check while installing Access database Engine.

The subkeys are the installed drivers. Since you're looking for Access you'd look for any of the Microsoft Access Driver keys. If you find one then the provider is installed. Personally I would use a wildcard search just in case the name changes a little between versions.

Actually I have uninstalled Access Database Engine manually. Then I checked Registry Keys entries manually.
In this case, 'Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, .accdb)' got deleted but 'Microsoft Access Driver (.mdb)' still present. Shall I proceed to check only for 'Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)' in my pre installation step.

It should have removed both in my opinion. You're in the wow6432node so that means the x86 version of the driver is still installed. It is possible that it was installed by something else like Office. It probably makes sense to look for just that entry.

Finally I looked for 'SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)' key entry in my installer script and provide installer.exe. Looks like it is working fine as I didn't get any problem mail from customers.
