Windows Hello Face Software Driver Fails

Hi,

Attempting to install new webcam that's supposed to be able to work with Win Hello.

Edition Windows 10 Enterprise

Version 20H2

Installed on ‎8/‎17/‎2020

OS build 19042.685

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

The camera otherwise works, just not with Win Hello.  It's supposed to be plug-n-play.

In Device mgr., has the Biometric devices  with Windows Hello Face Software Device (says working properly)

Had a PIN set for ages and read in other posts to completely disable the PIN and start over with Win Hello.  Tried that, but without facial recognition fully functional, my only choice available is the PIN again, so did that.
