Missing log in button in windows 10

Anyone who knows how to get past this problem. When I turned on my pc, it gets stuck on this blurred picture with no log in button to click. The only buttons present are the Wi-fi, ease of access and power button. I’ve already tried a number of fixes suggested but they did not work. Enabling safe mode also did not work since it would show the same blurred picture with no log in button. I really hope you can help me with this.

    Hi Hellery

I did not suggest any commands, because for that particular problem, it is not resolvable from Command Prompt . . .

Regarding the command prompt, I would like to clarify what to input exactly for it to work.

    Hi Hellery

It is unusual for that not to work, the only option left then is to create a bootable Windows 10 USB on another working PC, then boot your PC form that and rather than installing Windows 10, choose Repair this Computer' that will give you access to the Recovery Environment form the USB and hopefully one of those options will work from there . . .

    Click this link:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

I’ve already tried doing system repair, command prompt, system restore, uninstalling latest updates and all of them did NOT work.

    Hi Hellery

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

    Your Windows 10 start-up process is corrupted . . .

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will allow you to login. . .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to
