I was charged $9.95 on 12/22 and $9.95 on 12/27. It appears to be a duplicate charge. Microsoft should credit my account for the second charge. How do I talk to a person in Microsoft?

It is reported to be very to reach Microsoft Support by phone at present, but...

Yes I have the same question I have duplicate charges one on January 2nd and one on January 4th was attempting to speak with some here via chat but the system will not allow me to do that, not sure how to contact you directly, please refund one of the charges or contact me via my email so I can give you further information on the discrepancy, if you answer the question here I won't be able to view it, it took about 12 screen clicks to get here and I'm not sure if I am up for the task, thank you
