    Good Day Timmaddox,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

What is the make and model of your laptop for me to check the wifi driver in your manufacturers website.

Here's the steps you can try

    -Press Windows Key + X

    -Click Device Manager

    -Expand the Network Adapter

    -Look for Wireless Adapter installed

    -Right click the Update

-Click Start , type CMD and run as administrator

-Copy and paste each of the command below and hit enter.

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh advfirewall reset

    netsh winsock reset

    ipconfig / flushdns

    ipconfig / release

    ipconfig / renew

    Restart your device.

    Forget network and reconnect.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Settings

    -Click network and internet

-Click Wifi and Manage own networks

-Look for your wifi name and "Forget Network"

Then try to reconnect using the wifi password.

If issue persist, we will check the drivers in your manufacturers website and install it.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    With Warm Regards,

    Carlo T.
