Hello.

2 days ago I had the error ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE in my browser on Windows 10. I tried everything (new IP, changing DNS, flushdns, winsock reset, really EVERYTHING, but it did not fix. I decided to reinstall my computer completely fresh, but it did not fix.

What can I do?
