This happens twice on my recently purchased laptop, what i did was just minding my own business (Installing adobe photoshop and opening discord) and the BSOD suddenly appeared and i don't know the cause

I'm still using windows 10 version 1909 and i recently updated my Nvidia GeForce driver to the latest if that's going to help or not

    Got 2 problem:

    • Vanguard: If i uninstall that, i can't play Valorant, because it's the anti-cheat software for Valorant
    • Ryzen Master: didn't found it, but i'll look for it

as for windows update, i'll look into it later

    Uninstall Vanguard and RyzenMaster..

Windows is out of date. Format to 20H2.

    Hi DrDokka,

I'm Paul, an Independent Advisor and a Windows 10 expert. I hope I can help you with your concern.

Please upload the minidump files Windows created when you encountered BSOD. It will help us determine what caused the PC to crash.

    1. Open Windows File Explorer
    2. Go to C:\Windows\Minidump
    3. Zip those files
    4. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.).
    5. Then share the link here.

    Thanks.
