Since you have no data to retrieve, working under a different account would be the simplest solution.
Accidentally Deleted User
I am using a new computer, and I am new to Windows. I accidentally deleted the user using Windows key + R, and then "control userpasswords2". I thought I had renamed my user, but now I cannot run or open any file. I went back to user account doing the same method, but there aren't any users or admins in the user accounts.
This is only my second day with this computer, so I do not have any major files that I need to recover, except for the Program Files I just installed. Hence, I also do not have any backups to recover from. I just want to know what is the best way to recover the deleted user, or if I work from another user in the same computer would there be any other problems.
Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows update
