invalid api parameters captcha

Question

I undated windows and the before working captcha now doesn't work.

Doesn't matter if I reinstall chrome, java, follow the guide which resets the ip, install the ie tab!

 I run cccleaner, malwarebytes as instructed..., know where is by heart HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings and such, change the policy?....

I installed discord and it's the same, so it isn't chrome or java, or any other, in other words, when microsoft is going to fix this?

I did reset both the default value , the proxy settings, again and again and now after the restart, the default value is 1 and the proxy value is 0 although I put it to 1.  I did this before the chrome installation, after the chrome instalation, after the java instalation,  after the discord instalation,  after the ie tab instalation,  after the ie tab helper instalation, until I run out of programs to install.

"ProxySettingsPerUse" or "Standard"

Click on it and change its value to "1" (obviously without the "").

So you accept and redefine
