Hello, I've been getting this error code since a week ago I tried uninstalling my display driver and reinstall it. Checked for malware and I can't solve this problem.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xffffd2c084480795, 0xffffbc86f1a67f30, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\123120-9406-01.dmp. Report Id: 5d122b61-36c7-4851-8731-940d9e8decb8.

    Hi Enkhtuvshin

All your minidump files indicate it is the device driver (amdkmdag.sys) on your AMD/ATI graphics card that is causing your system crashes

You should try installing a different version of that driver, to see if your system stabilizes . . .

    Hi Enkhtuvshin

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes . . .

    Open Windows File Explorer

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
