    Hi ElizabethRondeau, how are you?

I am an independent consultant and user like you!

    I'm happy to help you!

    Enable WebGL on the Edge:

    > In an Edge browser window, type 'edge: // settings / system' in the URL field (without quotes). and hit 'enter'.

    > Make sure "Use hardware acceleration when available" is checked.

Check the WebGL settings on the Edge:

    > In an Edge browser window, type 'edge: // gpu' in the URL field (without quotes).

    > Check the "Hardware Accelerator" list, and find "WebGL" to find out the status.

    > If it is "Hardware accelerator", "WebGL" is running.

After performing the steps, restart the computer and verify that the problem has been corrected.

If you still have a problem I hope your answer!
