When I install one of the adobe programs, I get this error - igd11dxva32.dll is either not designed to run on windows.

    igd11dxva32.dll is part of the Intel HD graphics card device driver on your PC, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then form there, download and install the version of that driver they recommend . . .
