Попробуйте перезапустить сетевое соединение, для этого выполните следующее в командную строку с правами администратора введите:
netsh winsock reset и нажмите Enter.
netsh int ip reset и нажмите Enter.
ipconfig /release и нажмите Enter.
ipconfig /renew и нажмите Enter.
ipconfig /flushdns и нажмите Enter.
