ntoskrnl.exe causing BSOD

I've been getting blue screens every few days. It started happening after I added a Dell U2715H monitor, but I haven't had a blue screen on this machine for the past few years. The minidumps say it's caused by ntsoskrnl.exe (address 1c3b20). Any suggestions?

Here are the things I have tried:

-Installed the Dell-supplied monitor driver.

-Uninstalled the Dell-supplied monitor driver and let Windows install the driver of its choosing.

-Ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic. There were no errors found.

-Checked Device Manager. There are no devices with issues.

-Ensured that Windows Update has updated everything.

-Ensured that BIOS is up-to-date.

    Seems your system is seriously corrupted or hardware problems exists.

    Please repair system files by

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    command from Windows PowerShell (administrator) environment.

    After that share system journal (evtx file) again.

    Did you switch Windows memory diagnostic to extended mode? If not, please run this test switching tool to extended mode when it starts.
