Computer Programing Data Processing

In Jan I tried to get help from MSN (I have Azure), but was told I didn't need Azure - they (Computer programming Data processing ) would help me. They charged me $249.99, messed up my computer, and I had to buy a new one. (Had to use Paypal). Thought the charge was for a year. Now in MAy I was charged 74.36.  Can't reach anyone in person to talk about billing.  I plan to cancel. But would like some answers.

    We can't help here for this, but you can check out https://billing.microsoft.com to cancel any subscriptions to which you are subscribed.
