I've already tried to Reset the Microsoft Store and use WSReset, but no luck...
This happens with every app I try to get and it's really annoying.

I, also have the same issue. I discovered the issue last night. I'm glad to hear it's not just my current setup alone. I really don't want to do a reinstallation of Win 10 Pro. Asrock Taichi ,Ryzen 5 3600, 16gb 3200 ddr4, Nvidia RTX 3060 and 1tb m.2 ssd. All drivers and bios are up to date.
Possibly related to the Microsoft Event tomorrow?
Of course, there were two updates on Monday, one a .Net and one an optional preview CU.
