Microsoft Server 2019 VM Host

We have a Server set up and are running Server 2019.  This server acts as a Host for 3 Virtual servers.  The C drive was set up to 250 gb  GPT  partition and SATA Bus type then there is an E drive which is 2.62 Tb  BUS: RAID, partition GPT.  The C drive is showing only 15 GB free. I am trying to figure out what is using all the room and if it is possible to extend it.  I didn't think you could extend a C drive but I thought I might ask if someone knows differently.
