Thank you for the support provided. Referring to the list of questions you have given:
- Were you able to use sleep mode earlier? No. because when I first booted up the computer, It didn't have that option.
- Are you aware of any changes made prior to this issue? I have thoroughly checked the setting and there are no changes made. Although I made changes since I was following some tutorials but I have reverted it. I formatted my computer anyways.
- What is the complete model number of the computer? Its a custom built PC, the number says "to be filled by O.E.M"
- Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? windows 10 pro 21H1 2009
