is there a way to find out info on a website to see if it's a scam IP etc?

Hi timmaddox, for example if you use this one https://who.is/ and you have input the domain or the IP address then under the registrar data you can see other information there with regards to the website that you are checking.

it basically just gives cloud server and domain name and IP address

You can cross check info's for a website by using an IP or domain checker on the links that can be found below. You can either put the website's address or it's IP from there (to get the IP, open or search for command prompt and then open it and input this command nslookup www.microsoft.com and then press Enter and this should provide the IP as well).
