Hello, I have a problem with the Twitter application coming from the Microsoft Store.
I right click on it to pin it in the taskbar but as soon as I turn off my PC, it disappears from the taskbar.
I have to start over every time... Is that normal? I have this problem only on this application.

Thanks for the feedback.

Try the steps below and after each step try pinning the application again:

Clean boot.

Clean boot is used to determine if a background program is interfering with the system.

1-Press the Windows + R keys, type

msconfig and click OK;

2-In the System Configuration window click on the tab

services;

3-At the bottom of the screen, check the Hide all Microsoft services box

and click Disable all;

4-Now click on the Programs Startup tab

and click Open task manager;

5-In the task manager window on the startup tab,

disable all non-Microsoft programs, close the

task manager and click ok on

system configuration and restart your computer if prompted.

NOTE: This procedure disables all third-party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is solved in this way, selectively enable the programs and services that will start with Windows, instead of keeping everyone disabled. If the problem returns after activating the startup of a specific service or program, the problem is exactly in the startup of this software and it is recommended to remove it.

Create a new user profile

We will try to create a new user profile to see if the problem occurs with all Windows users on your computer or just isolated to the current profile you are using.

  1. Open the command prompt with elevated access (administrator access)
  2. Type the command below and press Enter with each next command.

net user "account name" / add

(change the "account name" to any name you prefer)

local net group administrators "account name" / add

(change the "account name" to the name you put in the first command)

  1. Close the command prompt and switch to the new user.

Sign out of your old user profile, then sign in to the new user profile and see if the same problem persists.

    Thanks for your answer.
    Twitter does not appear while the other applications do. Those that are open and closed.

    Twitter is currently open and in the taskbar but is not visible by following your method.
