Host Process for Windows Services using my camera

I have disabled every program's ability to access my camera and then restarted. The camera is being used currently and I don't understand why.

Host Process for Windows Services

C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe

Currently In Use

Is there any way to see exactly what/who is accessing my camera?

Hi Duke. I'm Greg, an Independent Advisor.

Nothing you show there indicates the svchost is for the camera. There are dozens of svchosts for everything that's open. What is telling you this pertains to the camera?

If you want to zero in on what a particular svchost is supporting then use Process Explorer which is explained here:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
