Default audio device keeps shuffling between Speakers and Bluetooth Headphones

This happened after I reinstalled the old Realtek audio drivers because I had audio problems after installing the newer updates.

It worked well at the beginning, but now my bluetooth headphones sometimes fail to respond and even when it works, audio keeps shuffling between the inbuilt speakers and headphones and when the bluetooth is turned off, the speakers work just fine.

Device Info:

 Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55

 i5 10th Gen

 Windows 10 Home

Troubleshooting didn't work and was not able to set it as default as its keeps on shuffling automatically like every second.

Also tried connecting the headphones to other devices and it worked without any flaws.
