File thumbnails not loading properly.

Hey my files are not loading the image thumbnails, are there any fixes to this problem? I have tried clear the cache and that's about it. Thanks in advance.

    Good Day N.Ivey,

    My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

    I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps the steps you can try.

    -Right click on your Taskbar

    -Click Task Manager

    -Look for Windows Explorer

    -Right click on it and hit Restart.

    Check the thumbnails in the desktop will appear.

    If issue persists, you can visit this link and try these steps.

    Once you perform those steps restart your computer and check.
