finding bitlocker key from a deactivated microsoft account

Greetings

I have a dell inspiron,which was set by my company.Apparently the miscrosoft account was my company email address,which does not exist as I resigned and I continued to use the laptop for 2 more years.

now it asks for a bitlocker key which I dont have.

what is the solution to it?

    Hello, I’m Virginia an independent advisor with 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

    I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but unless you have saved the key or the recovery code on a USB or written it down or can somehow access that email account then there’s no other way of accessing a drive which is locked.

    There may be paid software which state may be able to unlock a drive but there’s no guarantee.
