    Hello PralinKhaira,

I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you. I'll be happy to assist you today. When was the last time it worked properly?

Please try the tutorial guide below by Shawn Brink - MVP on How to Restore Default Apps for File Type Associations in Windows 10.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8703-restor...

    1. Download the cmd .reg file from the link below and save it to your computer

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/tutorials...

    1. Double click on the downloaded .reg file to merge it
    2. When prompted, click Yes, and OK.
    3. Restart your computer

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

    Kind regards,

    John DeV

Run the file association fix from TenForums. Just double click the reg file to apply, then test.

How are you trying? Are you going to the right click on the Windows icon? Are you searching for .cmd?

    More information is needed.
