Windows 10 Installation Issue.

Having trouble installing windows 10. The screen hangs before the installation completes.

System Information: Dell Precision 3630 Tower.

Steps that were taken to curb this situation:

  1. Tried installing both in SSD and HDD respectively.
  2. Cleaned SSD and HDD completely.
  3. Updated BIOS. None of the above worked.

Ran DELL Hardware Diagnostic, everything seems to be working fine.

Need a solution to this weird problem.

Please HELLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

    Hey Louie_101,

I tried some of the solutions but did not get any results.

Finally, the trick that worked for me is "resetting the BIOS to defaults by removing the CMOS battery and shorting the CLR CMOS jumper and then making sure the date and time are set correctly in the BIOS".

    Regards,

    Paul
