I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. I suggest running ProcMon (Process Monitor from Microsoft)

Once downloaded and installed, run the application. When the pop-up appears, check ProcMon. Look under the path column. Check for a process name called wscript.exe and its path. You can send me a screenshot of it so I can help figure out which one is causing the popup. I attached a sample screenshot of Procmon for reference.
