regarding the graphics software

    I understand how difficult it is when the device or app won't work in the way you expect, but have you already installed the latest drivers that your computer manufacturer makes available for your operating system version?

    If this has not been done, Windows may be working with corrupted or outdated drivers and unexpected problems may occur, do you understand?

    If you tell me what the manufacturer is, the exact model of your graphic card and your operating system version, I can help you with the web search.
