Hi Dave, I have already disable the extra mouse (the mouse that dosent exist). Windows act like I havent done it, thats part of the problem.
Windows keeps installing a second mouse
Windows keeps installing a driver for a second mouse that dosent exist and it makes my mouse disconnect. This is starting to get really annoying. If i uninstall the second driver in device manager under mice and other pointing devices my mouse works for a random amount of time untill windows decides to install that driver again and then the mouse starts disconnecting again at random. I have tried to stop all auto installing in the registry editor, but windows installs the driver anyway. I have tried the mouse on another computer with windows 10 installed on and no problems.
Please help me fix this...

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.
If you uninstall a device, Windows will always re-install that device as soon as it sees it is uninstalled, if you disable that extra mouse, Windows should never automatically re-enable it.
Right click that device and select Properties, on the resulting dialog, select the Driver tab and from there you should be able to disable it.

Sorry, I was offline, is there any other USB device connected to your PC that Windows 10 may be mistaking for a USB mouse?

That is very strange, uninstalling that device works, but disabling it does not.
Okay, if you go to the drivers tab on the Properties dialog on that device then choose to update the driver, and choose to install a driver for your PC and pick from a list of drivers.
Then untick the option to show compatible devices, then find some other device not related to a mouse and install that driver, that should stop that device from working or being recognized by Windows 10.
