Hello how are you?
Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
My name is Marcelo C., I am an independent consultant, I am here to help you in the best possible way.
What specific process did you go through to do this? Was it a processor downclock?
Your processor is not necessarily bad this may be some configuration you may have done and even if you did it right according to the article, each processor has a different usage rate, needs and parameters, so what was there may not be suitable for your processor causing these frequent blue screens, plus it can cause resets and harm the processor.
The best thing would be to go back to its normal state and to reduce its use, don't let the applications stay in the background or started with windows.
I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Have a nice day and stay safe.
Marcelo de C.
