WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR BSOD Loop

My PC was working fine for the past year until it performed some updates overnight. Afterwards it keeps showing BSODs with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (this is the only Stop Code I have been getting with my BSODs). I am unable to get to the Windows login screen because the computer would BSOD before that.

If I just sit and watch my PC after turning it on itll load up to the screen where it says diagnosing/repairing then BSOD before it can be completed then from the BSOD screen itll restart and go back to the loading screen with the diagnosing/repairing before it BSODs again. Sometimes it gets stuck at the BSOD screen with a 0% or sometimes the process bar wont even show and it will be blank and will be like that for hours. But its pretty much an endless loop of BSODs.

About 50% of the time I am able to access the Troubleshooting menu before it BSODs and here are the things I have tried:

System Restore: Tried to restore it back to before the update but it BSOD in the middle of the process (tried this several times, couldnt get it to restore)

Uninstall Updates: Also BSOD in the middle of this

Startup Settings: Tried running in Safe Mode but it BSOD before I can load it in Safe Mode

Command Prompt: It did BSOD after around 30 minute here. I have tried the chkdsk /r /f and sfc /scannow commands. Nothing happened.

Startup Repair: I cant recall the message but it was unable to repair. There was no BSOD during this. Cannot replicate it to get the exact message since at the moment, my PC will turn on and show Diagnosing/Repairing on the screen and BSOD before it even finishes and before I can try to startup the Advance Troubleshooting

I have also tried unplugging all my external devices before restarting.

These are the devices and information I found listed out in the BIOS:
MB: Z490 Vision G
BIOS Ver: F4 (Date is 05/19/2020)
BIOS ID: 8ACML010
CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-10850K CPU @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 32GB
Processor CPU ID: 000A0655
Processor Speed: 99.95MHz
Processor Clock: 4801.15MHz
Memory Frequency: 3598.23 MHz
DDR4_A2: G.SKILL 16GB 2133MHz
DDR4_B2: G.SKILL 16GB 2133MHz
PCIEX16: PCIe 3.0 c16 @ 1.0 x 16
PCIEX1_2: PCIe 2.0 x1 @ 2.0 x1
M2P: WDS100T3X0C-00SJG0 NVMe 3.0 x4 @ 3.0 x4
CPU Temp: 45.0 C
System Temp: 34.0 C
CPU Voltage: 1.356 V
Memory Voltage: 1.368 V
PCH: 37.0 C
VRM MOS: 43.0 C

Here is the information not in the BIOS
Power Supply: Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Video Card: ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2060
OS: Windows 10 purchased from the official site (should be around a year

It was my first time building a PC and it did work fine for a year so I am unsure why it keeps BSODing :( and to my knowledge the PC should also not be overclocked.

I apologize ahead of time if my information isnt enough. I am not very computer literate and am not sure what to do next in this scenario. I was trying to search online for different solutions before I came across this forum. Please let me know if there is any more information I have to provide! :)

    Hi!

I am unable to login at the moment. The BSOD happens before my Windows loads. It usually happens right when my PC turns on and is showing a diagnosing/repairing message.

I am sometimes able to access the Advance menu when I am able to restart my computer enough times before the BSOD happens.
