Good day! I'm Raniel, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

Kindly double-check if your machine doesn't have any pending security patches: Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. Also ensure that the necessary drivers for your machine are properly updated by getting them from the manufacturer's website. You may refer to this guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/help/4028443/wind...

Once done, perform the steps below:

    1. Press Windows+R on your keyboard
    2. Copy and paste this command: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset and press OK.
    3. On you search bar, type "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator"
    4. On the command prompt window, type taskkill /f /im OneDrive.exe
    5. Download and reinstall OneDrive using this link: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/onedriv...

You may also perform a clean boot and see if you'll encounter the same issue: https://support.microsoft.com/help/929135/how-t...

Note: Temporarily disable your antivirus, then check again

I hope this helps. Good luck!
