    Hi Davidorwell,

Was it the same error after disabling OneDrive? Try to uninstall OneDrive this time and install your app again. If you are utilizing OneDrive you can install it back after your app gets installed properly.

    Hi Davidorwell,

Good day! This is Jhakesong an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. The app you are trying to install is trying to access a one drive folder. Upon installation, are you able to change the install directory? If so, try to pick a local folder to install the app to. After that, see if the installation will proceed.

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!
