Error on Use

I got this Error message three days ago and from then I couldn't Install any application. Please give me a way to solve this problem below.
Please reply my ASAP because I cant do anything on my laptop until now.

    Please clarify what you mean by "I can't do anything on my laptop." Do you mean that Windows doesn't open? Can you use anything at all, for example, Notepad? Did you post your question here using the same laptop?

    What were you doing when the error first happened?

    The application name in the error report -- frircwj -- looks suspiciously like malware. What antimalware software is installed on your laptop?
