. how do i fix this problem

I cannot connect to my wifi. it keeps saying cant connect to network but other stuff in house is connected and i can connect through the ethernet cord. it says something about change privacy settings. how do i fix this problem

    Hi Patrick. I am Douglas, Independent Advisor here to work with you on this issue.

    Perform the following steps below to reset the network:

    1: On the Start screen, type CMD to open the list of options in the Search;

    2: Right-click on the Command Prompt option;

    3: Click on the option Run as Administrator;

    4: On the Command Prompt screen, execute the commands described below, pressing Enter at the end of each line:

    ipconfig /release <Enter>

    ipconfig /renew <Enter>

    ipconfig /flushdns <Enter>

    ipconfig /registerdns <Enter>

    nbtstat -rr <Enter>

    netsh int ip reset all <Enter>

    netsh winsock reset <Enter>

    These commands are used to reset the IP configuration and network-related caches that may be stored on your computer.
