Cannot control Visual Studio while sharing screen and having remote access

Hi all,

My partner cannot control screen on Visual studio while sharing screen. When I minimize the screen and give him access he can control eclipse, Teams, Postman and all other applications. But when opening the Visual Studio he cannot control or write anything in the code. He can just see screen not operate the Visual studio.

Please help, your answers are appreciated.

    Ok, try reinstalling zoom and see if it resolves the issue. Let me know how it goes, thank you.
