Hello, i’m not sure what driver it is beside it saying it was located on Realtek (R) Sound but couldn’t troubleshoot it not update it as the driver is unknown to my system.

    1. Are you facing any issues with sound on your computer?
    2. Do you receive any error message/code?
    3. What is the make and model of the computer?
    4. Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
    5. Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

    It would be great if you can share a screenshot of Device Manager, so that I can have a closer look at the issue. To open Device Manager, press Windows logo key + X and select Device Manager. Please refer how to include a screenshot in your postto upload the screenshot.

    Note: Make sure you don’t capture any personal information while taking the screenshot.

    Please reply with more information on the issue to assist you further.

    I can confirm I am experiencing the same issue with the following details:

    I do not appear to have any issues with my system sound

    I had the same problem and the solution for me was performing manual driver update (device manager --> Update driver --> Browse my computer for drivers) and pointing to the directory where I have unzipped the driver package downloaded from my motherboard brand

    The device in question appears now as "Sonic Studio Virtual Mixer"
