Hi, I'm Mario, an independent advisor and I'd be happy to help with your issue.
We are sorry about what happened.
To begin to try to help you with this problem, it would be very good for you to perform a clean boot of windows so that we can identify exactly what is going on.
Initialization clean:
- Press the Windows + R keys, type MSConfig and click Ok.
- On the Services tab, click Hide Microsoft Services.
- Click Disable All.
- On the Program Startup tab, click Open Task Manager.
- Disable all applications, one at a time.
- Apply the changes and restart the equipment.
Note: This process will not affect the operation of your applications, they will just not start with the operating system. Later, you can activate them again.
Connect to another USB port and do the test, if the difficulty persists, please contact us again.
Kind Regards,
Mario B.
