    Dear NinaFreeze

    Generally this could've happened by the policy set by the company i.e. Change to a New Password every month. If you're able to see "Need Password" on the bottom right side of the outlook, it means that it's expired.

    It could also be a result of any violation of the policy or some outside attack on your E-mail and someone might have reported to the IT and for safety reason IT might have blocked it for sometime.

    Nevertheless, i'd request you to please share the Screenshot of the same to assist you better.
