Application errors

Hi , I have problem running games , Every time error window show up and says : Cannot find 'MSVCP140.dll' please re install this application, This application was unable to start correctly (0cv000007b) or  Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 runtime. I tried to update it and re-install it but it didn't help. I tried every 'how to fix' Video i found on YT but its not working. I also reinstall Windows 10, it didn't help

Is my Windows corrupted ?

Any ideas what to do ?

    Click the link below, on that page is a multi-installer for the Visual C++ 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributables.

    Please Note, regardless of whether your version of Windows 10 is 32bit or 64bit, you MUST download and install both the x86 and x64 versions, do not try to install the ARM64 version:

    Then, restart (not shut down) your PC.
