Will WINDOWS 11 really require TPM ? Is there an option to upgrade existing laptop?

I have a HP ProBook 4540s running windows 10 2009

    My name is Miguel Ángel and I'm an independent advisor, also a Microsoft user just like you! I'll try to help you today with your issue.

    Windows 11 requires TPM 1.2 or TPM 2.0 as specified in the minimal requirements. You must have a motherboard with such module, or you won't be able to run Windows 11, sadly.

    Many won't be able to run it because of that, anyways :(
