I have a charge on my credit card for $96 from Microsoft & can't find out what it's for. When I click to see the receipt it says the receipt's not available. The only information I have is that this will appear on the statement: MSFT E0200E0031. Every 800# that I call refers me to a website where I can't get any information.

You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent. You may have to tell the Virtual Agent several times that you want to speak to an agent.
