    1. Is it a new install or a reinstall and if a reinstall why are you doing a reinstall?
    2. Does your computer manufacturer supply Windows 7 drivers for your exact model number?
    3. Much more information is required to assist you correctly

We don't know where you got the ISO from:

This is on a first come, first served monthly basis.

Download the correct ISO file and make your own disk and use the Product Key that is on the COA Sticker.

    Download: Windows ISO Downloader.exe

    Make a Bootable USB:

Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

You change the Boot Order in the BIOS to be able to boot from your installation media:

    How to access Boot Menu:

    Then do a clean install:

    1. A reinstall to clean install from Vista to 7
    2. It's a custom built computer so no model number
    3. I've now restarted the installation and now it shows "Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation." What is this error and why is it appearing
