Hi, my name is Claudeir, user and independent consultant, welcome to the community! It will be a pleasure to help!
-I understand you, and I know how frustrating it can be when something doesn't work the way it should:
-Windows+i, update and security, troubleshooting, additional troubleshooting, bluetooth, run fix.
See if the problem persists.
-Windows+X, Device Manager, under Sound Drivers, right click on all drivers, Uninstall, under Audio Inputs and Outputs, right click and Uninstall on all drivers. In bluetooth, right click and Uninstall.
Restart the laptop and new drivers will be installed.
See if the problem persists.
-Clean startup:
Clean boot is for you to determine if a background program is interfering with your system or to optimize your system load.
For clean boot follow the steps below:
On the Desktop, press the Windows + R keys simultaneously to open Run;
In the Run Menu type msconfig command and click OK to open System Configuration;
On the Services tab, check Hide All Microsoft Services and Click Disable All;
Click Apply and OK;
Restart the computer.
NOTE:This procedure disables all third-party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is solved in this way, enable the programs and services that will start with Windows, selectively, instead of keeping them all disabled. If the problem returns after activating the startup of a specific service or program, the problem is exactly in the startup of this software and it is recommended to remove it.
See if the problem persists.
-If nothing solves the problem and you are sure that the system update will bring this problem, let's go back to the previous version and see if the problem is solved:
Windows+i, update and security, recovery, roll back Windows 10 to the previous version.
If the answer helped in any way, please consider leaving your opinion, marking it as answered or leaving more details so that we can continue the service, this is very important to us.
Sincerely,
Claudeir
