I am using microsoft outlook office 365 hosted by GoDaddy. I am attempting to turn off dual authentication process for outlook login however, I only have the option of turning off the microsoft authentication app. I cannot remove the mobile text authentication which means i still have to use dual authentication but by receiving a text message instead of the app. I need to completely remove dual authentication from my email login. Please assist
