hp desktop error code E:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt error and now it just a black screen.

Hello everybody, hope you all are having a blessed day. I need a bit of help with my desktop computer it worked just fine when I set it up. it's not new it's second-hand. But so call it was set back to like new. it worked fine for about a week and then it. wouldn't turn on. it was just a blue screen and it would only give me this error code E:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt error and now it just a black screen and the screen just says it going to sleep. nothing else. I don't know what I did wrong. can someone please help.
