Boot Error

Hi guys,

Just experienced a really strange issue with my PC. It would not turn on. It would begin the boot process, power down, wait and then turn on of its own accord.

I thought it was my PSU, but when I went to troubleshoot it, it turned on of its own accord and gave me this screen.

Has anyone seen this before? I have never encountered it.

    Press F1 or Fn +F1 to boot into BIOS

    Find the option to restore defaults, save that setting and restart your PC and check if Windows boots correctly.

    If Windows still does not boot, your photo is very blurred and i cannot see the detail, can you please try to provide a clearer photo so I can read the content on that scree,
