my computer was having random shutdowns so i took it to a repair shop and they told me it had a bad pcie port so i bought a new motherboard, had the repair shop install it, and now im still having random shutdowns. It seems to only happen when i stream on twitch and game at the same time so i dont know if that is related.

    • Version 21H1 OS Build 19043.1110
    • Old Mobo: X570 Aorus Elite Wifi New Mobo: Rog Strix X570-E Gaming
    • No never overclocked the GPU
    • Never get any bluescreen error just random reboots
    • Computer was already randomly rebooting before replacing mobo. I did change the local permission for something in the registry since i was getting an error in the Event Viewer.

https://1drv.ms/u/s!As0OftGNc0FwimkO9lvm-RN2r-O6?e=b4HbXh this is the most recent one and this was a month ago and before i replaced my mobo

https://1drv.ms/u/s!As0OftGNc0FwimOogJcOdMFdVpbx?e=MfJ0LK this is before the top link and saw it there so i decided to upload it as well.

i dont get any more bsod just random reboots and shutdowns. I do go in the event viewer and every time I check when the computer reboots its always something different but lately its been something about DHCPv6.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

    • What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • What is the make and model of the PC/motherboard? (old and new)
    • Did you over clock the GPU?
    • Are you getting any bluescreen error?
    • Are you aware of any changes prior to this issue started in the beginning before replacing the motherboard?

If you are getting any bluescreen error, then to analyze the root cause of the Blue screen of death issue and to find the faulty module, we need the dump files. The file that you have uploaded in the post is not accessible, you can locate the dump files in the location C:\Windows\MiniDump, then upload them on OneDrive and share the link with us.

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to check if the issue occur in Safe Mode or Clean Boot environment.

    Step 1: Safe mode

Try booting your PC in safe mode. Refer to the article on how to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue. Observing Windows in safe mode enables you to narrow down the source of a problem, and can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC.

    Step 2:  Clean boot

Try booting your PC in clean boot. Refer to the article on How to perform a clean boot in Windows

**Note:**Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Also, you may not be able to use some programs in clean boot.

If performing a clean boot fixes the issue then, please refer to the section How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot to check which program is causing the issue.

Note: Please refer the section Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting.

    Regards,
